At first I loved this watch face, but now the time doesn't display correctly and my complications aren't accessible, nothing happens when you click on them. Can't have heart rate as a complication either as it just shows 0 all the time.

Terrible. Dont recommend. I paid for the app and when installing it on my watch it asks for another payment again. Ridiculous

check if the account you purchased the watch face is the main account you are using on your watch.
This steps from the watch directly:
You need to search for the watch face in the play store from the watch directly, install it and wait 5 minutes. If you have done this step, you can uninstall it and clear your watch cache, then reboot and reinstal
