Works perfectly with my Samsung Watch. Very easy to use. Make sure when you download it to your watch. A lot of people are having issues with that apparently.

LOVE this watch face! I've used it on my watch 4 and now my 5. The customization is awesome. Follow all troubleshooting tips or email them and you'll get a response fast. Most important of all, be patient! I have no idea why...but some watch faces can take up to an hour or more to import.

For a paid item I expected better. If I didn't regularly restart my mobile phone the time would fall behind by two minutes. The complication options use to be three options, now is two and I cannot remove the one that is not working as it's not an option to select anymore. Half of the complications didn't work. The heart rate didn't read, the steps didn't calculate, and most of the options were repeats that the watch already had integrated into its face. I was super disappointed as I really it.

The App has been update and 3 complications are back. For the complications to work, allow permissions.❤️Single TAP heart icon to open heart rate activity. In case the heart rate data is not showing,switch to another watchface first and then switch back to trigger the notification that asks to allow sensor permission to show HR data.(Do it 2 times)

Wanted to love it. I can't custom the watch face. Software and firmware up to date. I'm on the same acct and wifi. I just get a never ending spin/loading screen when i try to customize in the wearable app. Edit: figured out how to customize on the watch but would rather customize on the phone app (wearable). Edited

I have updated my review. For 3 days, there weren't any extra complications, regardless of what I did. I went back into the app after getting a response, and all other complications were listed. Definitely a 5 ⭐️ now, I apologize and will buy from you again in the future. Edited
