Fails to load on a galaxy watch 5 (wifi). After selecting the device on the next step, just seems to sit there for 10minute s then fail to install. The refund option dies not work either.

This issue is related to the Google Play store. Try restarting your watch or setting the watch face using the watch.
Open Google Play on your watch. Enter the name of the watch face in the search - "SH025". Set the watch face.
Write to me:

I will send you a brief instruction on how to install the watch face using the watch.
