Name of this product is misleading. I expected this app to export my apps and files exactly as they were set up on my old phone to my new phone. This didn't happen and I still have to spend lots of time re setting up my phone layout. This app is just a basic file transfer and Google already has a transfer system. I only paid for your service expecting it to clone my phone exactly to save my time. I would like a refund please.

I paid for this app and it did not work to transfer WhatsApp from Android to iOS. To use the app, you need a data cable to connect the two phones and after trying 10+ cables, some of which are verified data cables that I can connect with other devices, it did not work. The app links you to a Windows app (which sucks if you don't have a Windows laptop) and the Mac app is another paid service. All in all sucks.

This app is misleading. It implies that you can transfer text messages like the desktop app just for a single phone (instead of any set of phones on the desktop app). However, that's not the case so if you're looking to transfer text messages keep looking. I especially disappointed since using the "phone transfer" feature required a subscription and so that's money down the drain.

Big fail...confusing interface. One could almost argue that the application is designed to trick you into thinking it does file transfer when it actually does nothing. Biggest example is the initiation of file transfer is supposed to begin with a QR code. The QR code does not show up on its own and after looking through the entire app there is no readily accessible way to generate a QR code; now, it may be buried somewhere in the UI, but good luck finding it. Paid to xfer everything, including apps and app data, from old Android to new (over WiFi). Battery saver was disabled, but app constantly disconnected. Finally got a steady connection and, after hours of waiting, it announced 100 percent complete, but was stuck transferring photos. After another hour, I aborted, then attempted to resume. Still stuck on photos. Aborted the entire process and checked the new phone to see what was transferred. Not one single app went over.
