*I have only played the demo version and is such is being reviewed taking that into consideration* The game is a pretty good survival genre game. It gets a 3/5 from because it was engaging and had a gorgeous environment. It loses its two stars in a few areas; traversing between the commands of the game takes some time and there isn't a way to let you know that the workers can equip items. I died on my first playthrough simply because I was not aware of this. Further, the game is a bit pricey.

Really no point in having the player character after you build the first building and get wanderers since you can not upgrade the player character. The majority of the enemies are just a niceness more than anything else and the trial being only 7 in game days is not really long enough to get someone to want to purchase the game. Nice idle game to pass the time and has potential to be better in the future but you should really think about extending the free trial.

It's cute and has potential, but the free version is like a hour of play time, if that. I understand supporting it, but it wasn't all that good for the short time I got to play. And I had issues with the camera not going to the next area after the bridge, but maybe you have to build the next hut before you can see the area? I won't know because I don't care enough to play again, I beat the bug thing on day 7 without building anything after the bridge, then it ends unless you want to pay for it. Edited

I am addicted from the get go. I thought I can play just one more day and one more day until I eventually played for about 30 days before I fell asleep while the game is still playing on my phone until morning. Good thing the game saves itself every day. The thing about the game that keeps me wanting more is that every day has it challenges and little progression. So, you just want to see more and more progression until you don't realize how much time you have spent in the game. Brilliant!

Raise the standard for indie games. It's well polished with beautiful artwork. I totally enjoy the game. It can be slow in the first few days of the game, but it gives me time to get used to the UI. Once you have build a bridge, things speed up quickly which make the game even more interesting. Will recommend this game to my friends in a heartbeat.
