I love the concept of Zazzle, and the website isn't bad, but this app has been buggy since the first moment I used it. I do enjoy personalizing the things that I buy from them, it has been fairly simple and painless most times I've done it. The issues with this app are that it keeps signing me out, and then it gets stuck in a loop of verifying that I'm human. I usually end up just going to the website in my browser because that (so far) doesn't have this issue. Fix that and I'll be happy.

As a seller and buyer I can offer two different perspectives. As a buyer this app is great. You can find what you're searching for quickly, buy easily and its very functional. As a seller it's ok. Hard to design products. Don't have as many options on posting the products as well. Still has enough to be useful such as products you have and earnings are great features. 4 Stars overall. 5 for buyer. 3 for seller.

Works pretty well overall. But there are little bugs once in awhile. They may have fixed the problem I had since my last order. If you're working on a design & back up, the text will move around on you or change size & color. If you have to back up, scrap it & start over or it won't come out right. But again, they may have fixed that since my last order.

Trash!!! No matter what I search it returns with "No Results". Even if I search something on the home screen advertisements. Or even coffee mugs which I have purchased numerous times before. Pictures won't upload. Images I've created or downloaded. This app is complete trash. Update: STILL TRASH! Now EVERYTIME I open the app. to check on an order status it keeps asking me to leave a review when I alreday have. No matter what! Edited

I downloaded the app to shop but it is proving to be an exhausting experience because the app returns to the first page after viewing a product regardless of what page you are on. Want to favorite something on page 27? Be prepared to start back from page 1! The app also doesn't retain filters after you view one product. Instead, I had to keep setting the filter. Time-consuming and frustrating. This needs to be fixed before I can increase my rating.
