Zynga needs to fix the bugs with this game. It crashes constantly. Just tonight, 6/19/2025, I was trying to log in, and it kept saying, "Error. Please try again." When it does load, instead of my name, it shows a VIP player named Siddarth. I've lost track of how many times this has happened, but it always resets my streak. Edited

Love the game. BUT my biggest complaint would have to be the crashes. I'll be in the middle or almost finished with a puzzle and its will freeze for a second and then completely close out. When I reopen it and go back to the same puzzle, it's lost all progress. Even if i had spent the 20 coins for "see wrong", that disappears also. It's really frustrating. Other than that, it's the best crossword app in the play store. In my opinion.-

I've deleted my old review - it costs too much/mo, excessive crashes, etc. Now I need to mention your 3 checkmark box. If it crashes while completing a daily puzzle the check doesn't appear. I used to just pay to 'do over'. But that no longer corrects the issue. It doesn't seem to effect the record keeping for getting them done, or I would have gotten at least on restart on my daily puzzles completed streak. So far. Please fix the check, but don't break the record keeping to do it!

Way too many issues! Crashes,not able to access store, can't get rewards, freezes, can't get new puzzle packs, etc. Have uninstalled and reinstalled several times. I can't get access support in app. When I ask support for help, I'm told to be patient. It's been at least a week. I'm not really seeing any difference. The only puzzles I'm able to do are the Daily ones.

Editing my review because app keep crashing, sometimes more than once. I have to "spend" my coins and replay the puzzle in order to get credit for doing said puzzle. Award coins more often instead of having to "download" something to get more before reaching goals. Make it so that if you skip tutorial you can go back so that you can get coins for finishing. Still having issues with crashing.
