The game won't open tables at established levels and tells me there are not tables at that limit instead of starting a new table. The minimum players can buy-in for is WAY TO LOW. This has reduced the number of good games, you have a bunch of players trying to double their incredibly small stacks. The rake is so high that you can't make gains this way. They want you to buy chips not but have no rake. I make money for them by playing but they give nothing back. Edited

Don't waste your money... Please. Imagine, spending $24.99 for enough chips to enter a tournament, but then the app freezes, you restart it, but you're not in the tournament when you reopen it, yet the chips you just paid for are still gone! That happens frequently, even in the free games. Fix the bugs, crashes, and especially the fookin algorithm! Edited

FTADon't waste your time, Game is useless unless your "real" game has a 3-4 flush, 3 card straight, or a pair on almost every five card community board and stupidity is rewarded 90% of the time yes this is your app! Also if you like losing to 2% hands by runner runner this turd of an app you will love! More details?Sure your algorithm is so flawed that unless you live in crazy land the flow of the game is literally impossible. Unless the odds of the game are incorrect and you are Highly unlikely Edited

When I join to Jackpot I can't find an option to leave. Also when I join it it show 2/3 then I assume someone joined, but the game won't put me to the table and I honestly don't see any option when I can join to jackpot table by myself. And it shows like I already "used" my one game. Recently I started to have other glitches like game is starting, but it tells me to wait for next hand,but other tournament players are already playing.next hand I still can't play. then it shows that I'm 'resting'.

Totally addicted to this app. I started experiencing an issue which was frustrating me so much that I almost just gave up and deleted the app, though. I'm so glad that I decided to reach out to customer support, because they answered incredibly quickly, and gave me a solution for bypassing my problem. Their customer service is phenomenal, I've never had such a great experience with any online customer service. It would definitely be 5 stars all across the board if it weren't for what is now a relatively small inconvenience, which I should add, that customer support tried to recreate in an attempt to better solve my problem, and were unable to do. So, that being said, I guess it's even possible that it is somehow on my end, although I really don't think so. Anyway, great app, guys!! It keeps me occupied for HOURS at a time, I'm actually starting to slack off on my responsibilities lately because I don't want to stop playing, lol Edited
