Frustrating and unforgiving, no care to make a fun game, constant ads, their own and third party, sometimes at random, usually when trying to navigate away from the game, and required viewing for certain daily goals. Four times the joker card was wasted trying to move it. They say they don't share data with third parties but from this game was a download of a random app I'd never seen before. They don't respond to emails about assistance. Do not reccomend. Edited

Great game as long as you don't have the apps advertised. I have instacart, ad comes on and 2 seconds later that app is opening and I'm forced out and having to reload my game. I watch an ad to get energy. It kicks me out the app and into another just because of the ad. Finally, removing the app, not worth the headache.

I just started the game and there's no option to turn the stupid sound off? I can't stand games that make you listen to sounds without an option to turn it off, that's horrible! I don't care if you jerks want to force me to do a tutorial for a game that has 20000 clones and everyone knows how to play, but you NEED to have the sound options accessible BEFORE forcing me to play the tutorial. and tutorials need to be skippable! I already know how merge games work, I'm not an idiot, it's insulting. Edited

the games is super fun but I just made a purchase for 300 points of energy and for some reason it didn't reflect. so I wrongfully assumed the purchase didn't go thru and tried again. so now I have been charged $10 dlls and didn't get any points. I have screenshots as proof. I tried getting in contact with someone and they never answered that is the reason why I'm giving a 2 stars

I was actually liking the game. it wasn't bombarding you with ads BUT the customer service is terrible. I accidentally clicked on a button that spent 170 gems to immediately activate my next prize on the gold bar prize bar which was for 2 gems. it didn't ask me if I was sure I wanted to spend this or anything. I contacted customer service and they told me to be more careful where I click. so if you play this game, don't make the same mistake I did.
