I have been using the app for many years and have loved it. unfortunately as many others have mentioned, the "favorites" has been removed from the home screen. I purchase gas from only a select few stations, not have this feature has caused me to stop using the app. Please bring the feature back.

Was a great app for years until I got my new card. It went from pulling out the following day to almost a week later. This cause an insufficient fund charge of $15 that they are unwilling to waive. First and only time ever since signing up in 2016. They even admitted this was an issue with the longer processing time and we're looking into it. If you're gonna use this app, just expect that the funds will take longer to process than the older system! Wonder if Upside is any better?

Something unexpected has gone wrong. Something unexpected has gone wrong. Now picture that error message popping up every 2 seconds over and over. Stations won't load on the map or in the list even with good WiFi. Deleted cache and data didn't fix it. Uninstall reinstall didn't fix it. Have the same problem on their website too. It's been messed up for probably a month at least.

logging in continues to be an issue. also now I complain that support is bad since I have emailed them five times over the last 2 months: I'm tired of trying.logging in is often very difficult. I've tried support. I've done it with a password, I've done it with the app I've done it with linked gmail. it seems every time I want to login it takes me an extra 20 minutes. I'm getting pretty fed up with this otherwise useful app. feels like they add features and ignore bugs. Edited

Users cannot talk to a live person if a card is lost or stolen, all that can be done is clicking a button within the app, BUT WAIT....the button doesn't actually work so all that can be done is to send an email, w/the potential to have people make charges against my checking account while I wait for a response. Unacceptable! I've sent emails & left voicemail msgs & I'm getting nowhere & no response. JUST FOUND OUT MEMBERSHIP IS NO LONGER "FREE" STAY CLEAR OF THESE PEOPLE - they're liars - SCAM! Edited
