Does not work after signup. I already used 2 logins in a day, both doesn't work once the app has been closed and reopened.

Sorry about this. The sign-in/app-launch issue has been fixed in v9.7. Please update and try again — if anything still doesn't work, email

Did not load after subscribing. It was working fine and I was able to use its free version however I subscribed for a month, I got charged and minutes after, the app no longer works up to this day. It just has its logo and a blank screen. I need a refund but google play refused!
