I really enjoyed my time with Dungeon Village 2, 100% all the towns. Two things I hope to see in the sequel: "BUY MAX" -button, instead of having to select the product and then choose the maximum amount manually. ITEM SETS - Would be great to be able to quickly swap out the whole set of a villager, instead of doing it manually one by one and trying to find a specific weapon you've been uprading. Dungeon Village 3 will be an instant purchase if it ever comes. Edited

Easy hero management, there's only a few things you have to keep track of (like keeping monster tamer jobs). Town building isn't too strict on trying to optimize. Negatives is that there's a lot of underexplained mechanics (like monster taming, what items are best for different facilities) and also a lot of popup notifications. Job mastery? popup. Popularity increase? popup. New quest? popup. It's not bad at the start, but once you have 20+ heros you're getting a popup every 5 to 10 seconds.

Specifically bought this for long flights without Internet connection. Unfortunately, the game won't start without Internet connection though. You have to remember to start it while you're still connected, and then keep it open. Other than that, it's a fun little game, but the item management soon gets overwhelming, with no real guidance about which item is best for which character (based on their class and/or existing items).

So far better than the original Dungeon Village due to more things to do (and getting in-game money seems easier thanks to a new crystal system that can be exchanged for in-game money), but I do wish there were better explanations in the game for some of the new features, like what the advantage of building different houses are, and more about pets and so forth. But I am enjoying the game even though the popups from various conditions being met/rewards can be overwhelming at times.

This is a really great cozy game. It's a very easy to play town builder with some fun fantasy elements. There is one big thing that constantly irritates me. every single time a new event happens, the game pauses for the message to display. It would be wonderful if the entire game didn't pause every single time and adventure discovers a dungeon or some monsters pop up. at the very least give us an option to stop the game from pausing every time something happens.
