Long toast messages get in the way. This app can't see my already paired OBDLink LX, which I use with other apps. Android Auto appears to confuse this app, sometimes reporting Bluetooth is off, yet sometimes does scan for other devices. Can't turn gps checkbox off. Can't make any use of this app. 0 stars. Update: after re-pairing app did report bolt values, except some were incorrect. Added 1 star. Not really a driving aid app. Edited

Worked okay, was easy enough to connect to my OBD2 scanner, but most useful features are locked out of the free version and require an upgrade to the Pro version. Most of my experience was selecting an option to see blank data and a message that the information is only available in the Pro version.

Hello Gareth Sorry to hear you did not have a more positive experience. It is true that the free version mainly provides (a lot of) info on the battery (most important part of the car). The free version allows you to test if everything works and make your own judgement whether for you it would be valuable to buy the pro version for a few dollars.

I had figured that bluetooth ability would be a feature in addition to basic wired functionality, but that doesn't seem to be the case. The app can't sense my OBDLink SX wired directly to the phone via USB.

Dear Elliot As clearly described in the app description pages, the local mode only supports connection to a OBD2 dongle via Bluetooth. With kind regards, GJ

The app doesn't work with Chevrolet Menlo. I've used three different OBD dongles, two managed to connect to the app (they don't work with Kangoo ZE), while one didn't (it works with Kangoo ZE). Menlo is apparently based on the Bolt EV architecture, but it seems to be somewhat different, at least as far as the app goes. I hope the problem is with the dongles and someone will manage to connect it to Menlo. Or there will be a special app for Menlo. I'm ready to pay for such an app. Thanks! Edited

Thank you for the review. The app is tested with the Bolt EV/Opel Ampera E and not with other cars. If you have results for other cars please let me know the outcome.

Neither the free or paid version were able to see either of my OBD2 adapters.
