I didn't even get to the app before I got an ad. It could be the best app in the world but the creator needs to be striken down in the streets for allowing an ad before the primary function even opens.

Easy to use and doesn't drain your battery quickly even with the screen on. You can leave the app and it will still have your last count when you come back.

Immediate ads on first install after closing demand for premium subscription or free trial. Didn't try it after that.
