the location is slow to notify me when my child has left. And even slower between each kid when you have multiple children on the app who left together . It would be nice to be able to delete apps on their phone from mine. also it keeps telling me my child's unknown caller block isn't working. the app has been glitching on the kids phone. they can't touch anything on the phone without it popping up like an ad. I paid for the year . is it possible for a refund Edited

I've had this app for a little over 4 years now. The first year or 2 was perfectly fine, but it seems now for the past year. The notifications are extremely delayed. We could leave the house or my son could leave the house without me. And I won't get a notification. Until about an hour later, saying that he has left a remembered location or even en route to anywhere. If we open the map, the location is correct. But the whole point is to know if he is on the move or at a specific location Edited

app worked great for a few days, I even left the five star review. then yesterday it just quit tracking completely, no settings changed on either phone. She only uses her phone to watch her videos with her headphones to keep her calm on the bus(autism). Had us worried sick. app finally updated location a half an hour after she was home, today she's been at school for over an hour and still has not updated her from home.. apps like this need to be reliable, I'm willing to pay but this is garbage. pricing tiers are confusing and not clearly advertised at all until attempting to purchase. And then extremely expensive and limited on users. I run the free version for just location but will probably delete all together unless they clear up their marketing and get some sense on the cost. probably get many more purchasers that way than deceptive marketing

more accurate and reliable than other apps for parental peace of mind thank you! 6/3 changing my review as the ads for premium coming up everytime the app is accessed is excessive. it loaded in my work bag and signed up without my consent. the communication has no place to aid in correction, I cancelled it the second I picked my phone back up. dissapointing as I dont need the paid functions.
