You have to give your live location just to use the app. Literally unusable, even if you plug in a previous station name. Buses come and go without appearing on the map. You can't use it for trip planning, it keeps telling you to use a taxi between stations you literally clicked on and that have buses running between them. Did it occur to literally anyone that saved stations should be reusable? It's just kinda sad how bad quality it is.

It's kinda convenient app for using shuttle bus. But I must login every time at the most confusing moments. For instance when you're at the bus, and there's a line behind you, the app decides to kick you out instead of showing the ticket. And that's where the struggle begins. Why can't it keep me logged in?

Worked fine until today, now when I'm trying to get some info about bus arriving schedule the app just tells me that "an error has occurred" and says like no nearby stops found even tho all other apps work fine, cell data goes normally and my location services are on. This app needs fix asap Edited

Better than yandex maps app which has removed detailed bus schedules, but there are 1) no street names in English 2) when searching for "bus 268" nothing happens 3) the detailed bus schedule does not scroll down to the evening times. Edited

Hello! Thank you for your review. We are really trying to make our app better. We’ve checked and bus 268 is in the app, schedule scroll has been fixed and we’re currently working on the english street names. Stay tuned

An awful app. I tried to fill up the balance on my Troyka card. Money is gone from my credit card, but there is no fulfillment on my Troika. No one in contact center could help me. Looks like cheating.
