Annoying that the shopping basket gets emptied after a while and sometimes I take longer to commit myself to an order, so it means I need to find all the same items again. Also I have changed the language to English, but all the categories are still in Dutch. I also cannot de-select some filters and if the orientation of my phone changes, then I go back to the top of the page which is really annoying if you have scrolled really far down the list Edited

1 of the worst retail apps ever! I have actually sent feedback twice before but no response. Items shoe available to purchase but when selected to basket, it says out of stock. Back button doesn't work. Can't edit favourites without constantly being taken back to the top of the list - a select & delete method would be more efficient, had payment issues with iDeal. I was so happy to see Next available in NL but this app let's you down big time. Bugs & glitches abound. Going to try website.

Many serious bugs. App crashes when selecting categories from the menu for babies. Payment rarely works for Netherlands (iDeal) because the links are malformed. Sign in doesn't work on multiple parts of the app (also malformed links). It looks like the app misses some basic automated testing. The menu categories in babies are chaotic and overlap each other. Overall a neglected app where I often have to stop a purchase and go elsewhere because of critical bugs. Great clothes otherwise.

Two stars because I really like your brand(s) but the app, honestly... the payment through iDeal, something most common in the NL has not been fixed for 4 years now. It leads you to your bank app and afterwards it crashes, which I'm curious how many buyers drop off at this point? you are losing sales! Please look into this, it's annoying. Currently there is an excuse app only sale and the app... doesn't work (filters don't work, stock is not updating, crashes) so no sale for me 🤷🏻♀️

The app looked very smart and I thought it was very well made. But nice UI doesn't necessarily mean nice UX and nice service. the app has got a bug on the address input, if address search doesn't find your address you can't add the address manually and you need to call customer service. I had to call the customer service twice in order to have the correct address. at this point, my rate would have been 3 stars. but my order got lost and nobody from CS is helping me to have a refund. Avoid! Edited
