This app is great for keeping track of my tasting history, managing what I have on hand, learning about wines, building taste profiles. The label scanning feature isn't faultless, but it works pretty well. One issue is that the crowd-sourced ratings and tasting notes on wine turn out to be almost useless. Another issue is that over time the UI has gotten pretty confusing, as has some information presentation. The app is quite difficult to navigate and use in it's current form. Edited

Decent, but far from great. The wine menu scanning is no longer free, but the biggest flaw is the rating system. Instead of evaluating individual vintages, all ratings are aggregated, making them virtually meaningless. If you're looking for a rating on a specific year's vintage, you're out of luck. Until this is fixed, the app remains merely average.

I've been using the app for 5+ years, occasionally checking ratings, rating myself, and even buying wines via the app. I am sad to report that the app becomes worse with time. Now using it to scan wine while shopping fails every other time. It keeps spinning saying loading or Oops there was a error message. many features that I used to enjoyed are no longer available in free version which is understandable but the price for the premium is unjustifiably high for an occasional user like myself.

I'm a believer, but please read all the way to the end. In the past I used this app to make purchases at retail stores. I just received my first 3 orders that I placed through the app based on customer ratings. First and second bottles exceeded my expectations based on the price and others ratings. Be very careful with the "24 hour deals". 3 times now I tried to purchase the "deal" and the ultimate price charged was much different than advertised. It's a bad look.Overall excellent experience! Potential but plagued by support issues. If you pay for an app, and that is the case here, I subscribed to the premium version, then you should expect at least a minimum level of support to be available. Instead, the chat bot is completely useless unless it's about a wine order. Im having a lot of trouble with the "wine adventures" part, which is a premium service and I cant talk to anyone or email anyone to help me as the bot doesn't understand anything beyond absolute basics. Disappointing.
