So far so good - A few features I'd like to see: 1. Dark mode 2. Different AI voice options to select from. 3. More customizable options (like setting a delay for when the AI starts speaking...maybe an option to set it to not speak until the caller has). 4. It's not currently apparent whether the auto text confirmation feature is required when using the calendar feature or not. I'd prefer not to have texts sent on my behalf while still adding calendar reminders for me.

When I first did this for my small dog business, I was SUPER PLEASED. It made appointments. As time went on, i stopped getting appointments, and my free monthly calls ran out faster with no appointments booked. ppl would just hang up. But I deleted it after I maxed my free calls,and it wouldn't let me look at any of my free call transcripts or numbers. I had to pay to get access to what had been free and was my business info. 30 a month isn't worth it, my phone leads went down using this sadly

Four stars. Solid, but missing key features and customization options. For example, it should include the ability to delete or clear the inbox. There should also be an option to blacklist specific numbers from interacting with the AI assistant to reduce clutter. Additionally, it lacks essential actions such as those related to basic account management. More flexibility and control would make this a five-star experience.

been testing it for a month. I'm probably going to cancel. the AI repeats itself a lot. and sometimes doesn't schedule the appointment if it doesn't get a phone number. I'm not sure if it's even an AI. I've used AI's, and the conversations are usually very fluid and even engaging. This thing sounds like a bot and acts like one as well. I was happy at first. Yet it keeps slipping in expectations and impressions. probably go back to voicemail. Edited

I was super excited when I found the option to edit how the AI would greet callers! I thought it would allow me to suggest questions and ways of handing the call, such as what information to collect from people. I am so disappointed to say that it didn't seem to do.... anything. I was trying to use this AI to assist in mitigating a verbal communication disability.... but it doesn't really do that. It is better than nothing, and frankly, the pricing is not bad, but if it's not customizable...?
