I have been trying since last week to get in contact with Temper without any success. I put up my shift for replacement and got a lot of applicant, but when it came to aacceptany , couldn't. I opened a chat with them, astill waiting for a response. I send them an email without getting a reply. I called them multiple times, and no one picked up. Now I got a no-show for something that wasn't my fault. A problem that could have had an easy fix hasn't been. I wont be paying for an undeserved no-show

Maybe it's a good idea to have the same 'strict policy' that you have about the freelancers about the development of your mobile app. In this difficult time, I apply for 100 shifts, I get accepted just 8 hours before the shift but there is absolutely no notification on my phone. (Yes, all the notifications are allowed for this app in the settings and also in the phone's settings.) I check my phone at 10:30 and I see I missed it. 100€ is a lot of money to pay for something you're not aware of. Edited

This app is criminally bad. I don't get notifications if I get accepted or rejected for shifts, my temper ID and flex pools are not loaded when I click on them. Also, I contacted temper days ago and I haven't received an answer as of yet. If we can get fined 100 euros and ruin our rating by not showing up for shifts, the app should be able to send notifications! Also, shifts are incorrectly displayed as not paid, when in fact they are paid. Edited

This app is the worse, nothing up-dates, I still have an old no-show fine that keeps telling me to pay it, even though it was paid over 2 years ago. Payments that I received, still says waiting for payment. When we looking at a job, if you go back it takes you right back to the beginning of the day, so you have to scroll all the way back to to where you was. Yes of course I've updated the app. Edited

Thanks for updating the review, have you already contacted our support department about this, in the agreement it shows that you do not have to do work outside the contract agreement. Also, we would love to know what you mean with the old no show that is haunting you.

When I apply for multiple jobs that I want to cancel, I have to scroll through hundreds of jobs to just cancel that one specific job. Why can't Temper have a way to make a job cancelling easy, where you search the job, and once the search is complete, that specific job pops op, and you can cancel that job. lastly, when I look for a job to cancel, I scroll through endlessly to find that job after I see another job. I want to cancel just below it. The app returns me all the way to the top:( Edited
