Awful experience, some of my contacts from other banks were lost. I'm only able to see them on the website (which they updated to the same god forsaken user experience) but they're tagged as hidden. I've tried deleting them and adding them back but it never works, they're always back with the same old name and remain as hidden. I'm unable to transfer money to these contacts, I have reached out to bacolombia's support team but nothing works. Great job "fixing" something that was working well

I can't send money or do anything... because I can't get my "clave dinámica". It is supposed to get sent to my email... and it doesn't get sent. I am not in Colombia so can't physically go to a branch. I spent 90 minutes on the phone trying to get it activated... thought it had been... and it wasn't.

Worked well for a while, now it's been 2 days without loading, fortunately I did not uninstall the old version, now I might need to go back to the old one and re create the dynamic key so that I can pay anything, I can't understand how bad can a group of IT VPs/directors can be to drop such unstable version to prod, this is the largest bank in the country, not an start-up you can use to test PoCs....

Terrible app. Yet, they say it's supposed to be better than the older version. It's always down or loading. Wouldn't be surprised if people start migrating to other banks. Either way Bancolombia won't care. If I could rate it 0/5 I would, this app is trash.

Almost non-functional app. Frequent problems transferring money. Hard to believe this is Colombia's largest bank. Why not fix the app before releasing it??
