822mb file is nuts in this day and age. Abacus parent portal, you do not need to sign up for it, unless you want to. I recommend you go into a dark room and understand how it works for yourself before giving it to a child as it is not a 'put it on and got type product'. Once I had it working, it was great. The developers of this product really do need to look at the problems end users have encountered and work on them.

Horrible! App won't open, on my Samsung s21. This was a Christmas present for my daughter that loves space. We can't even use the thing. She is very upset, I am mad! This is obviously a problem that has not been addressed by company in over a year. Will be returning, and never purchasing anything from Abacus Brands again!

Definitely a fake app. It just opens camera. That doesn't count as AR if it's not showing anything. Furthermore there are no symmetrical images so how is the VR supposed to work? Seriously just a waste of time.

Cool at first until you realize every other VR experience gets stuck on a black screen and kid keeps telling me it is all blank/black screen again. Have to close app and try again and hope it works sometimes. Merry Christmas kid... 👎

Black out or frozen screen over and over again on my Samsung galaxy S21. Worked perfectly on the Samsung Galaxy S7. I have three of these (now useless) sets and two very upset kids. Please fix this.
