it's really obnoxious to try and make this app sync with your subscription. I've had a subscription for over a week and can't get the app to sync. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, clearing the cache, there should be a place where I can put in my order number and it forces the app to sync. And the help is abysmal. Why even have the option of a button that says "I already paid" if it never works. obviously other people have this issue because they have the button. Edited

UPDATE 2/2025: Still just as buggy as ever. After the crash on 2/19, the individual points are not tabulating correctly. Very frustrating. UPDATE 1/2022: All these years later... still awful! App won't even open. Says "until a bug is fixed" it won't open. Unbelievable. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Every review is correct - it is worthless. AGAIN! Post update, I do not receive notifications. This seems to happen a lot! It's ridiculous. This app is not free!! Please fix!

I downloaded this app a year ago. I barely used it so I deleted it. This summer I downloaded it again to check results for 1 swim meet. it charged me $9.99. When I went to the app to try to cancel the subscription I literally can't. When I click "manage my subscription" it doesn't open to the right page. so frustrating

This app epitomizes what is wrong with technology today. It works maybe half the time and when it does show you the meet you're looking for the chances that it'll open anything you ask it to are about about as likely as an elephant walking into an elevator. The search function is almost useless, and any "updates" are purely aesthetic. It is an app that rests solely on the laurels of being the only app that does what it does. I wouldn't trust whoever runs this app to organize a bag of rice.

I am so grateful for Meet Mobile. Up until MM I was juggling papers for the timeline, heats, and stats. WOW!! This is SO helpful. It tracks my swimmers event info, to include PBs!! Plus, I can celebrate my child's team stats as we select other team swimmers, so we can cheer them on!! This is a meet changer!! I only wish I found it sooner!! (The tracking stats, etc. are on the paid version. The free version was entirely unhelpful for me, but perhaps it will be useful to you!!)
