Tried a couple of watch faces by this developer now, they're so pretty but for some reason none of them allow customising the heart rate readout! I don't want it displayed on the watchface but can't remove it which is so disappointing. Everything else is customisable which it great but you're just stuck with the heart rate whether you want it or not so I've had to request refunds for the ones I tried sadly.

I have the new Samsung Watch 6 classic. For the last 3 days I have been trying to install this application by following all different options provided and none has worked so far. The Playstore doesn't even show this application installed on my watch. It does show in my tablet desktop but it only a green android icon that when opening it provides installation guide that it does not work. I will be requesting a refund. Please advise. Thanks

Doesn't load. It just stays on an instruction page and won't move any further. I have requested a refund. Edited

If you read the instruction page, you'll be directed how to install it. You have to open the playstore app on your watch, on the search button, type the name of the watchface and enter. It will show up then hit install button. That is the only way to install the watchface.

How can I get the store on my watch? I have the Galaxy Store but not the Google Play Store... having a very hard time figuring out how to properly install on my Galaxy Watch 2 Active. Please help! Thanks.

Hello! We are sorry to say that you can't use the watchfaces from google playstore because they are for WEAR OS WATCHES ONLY.
GW 2 Active is TIZEN OS.
You can check our collection in Galaxy Store by searching BLOOMFIELD WATCHFACES.
You can also email us the order ID so we can refund you.
