The whole experience is bad. If you don't open the app and press the correct buttons before plugging your car (ignore what the charger says to do, that doesn't work) you won't be able to charge. The app says you're charging but that's not true. Eventually, after a 10-minute call with support we were able to get my car to charge. I hope they'll get this fixed.

Separate apps for the US and Canada that aren't obviously labeled as such and not available to users based in the other country is extremely confusing. To make matters worse, it appears impossible to validate a US number in the Canadian app, making it extremely time consuming to use the Canadian app as an American. Eventually an email came that allowed me to activate my account and log in, but it was tens of minutes later after I already tried making 3 accounts with 3 different phone numbers. Edited

I have only 30 km left on a long highway trip. next charging station is 28km away. I said, Let me try this here. I installed the app, they asked even for shoe size. after filling everything and my credit card information on the road, it doesnt log me in, it doesnt past credit card information. i continued to next station. because of all this my car stoped, for the 1st time ever ,1 km before the next charging station. fortunately i pulled to a house on the road and asked if i can use thiers.

Not capable going past the credit card screen because it loads back to credit card details. Too many steps in the registration process, I do not recommend.

Only let's you setup canada or usa. then only chargers that are in your country are visible. We need access to all north america chargers.
