App is ok, workable though a bit buggy. Navigation takes some getting used to; accessing your library is a little counter intuitive. The tabs for books you've already purchased are small and at the bottom, the front-and-center buttons redirect to the store. Also, app regularly loses my place in audiobooks, but with the table of contents it's easy enough to recover. Edit: I can no longer download e-books in the app, it gives a 'content error'. theres SO MANY bugs. I'm trying to use it to study and any annotations/highlights I make, either don't work, or select a completely different portion of text (oftentimes on a completely different page), its horrendous. You also won't be able to use it on pretty much any other device than a phone and *maybe* a tablet of some kind: the app will download on my chromebook, but as soon as i open a book it doesn't load and crashes. Honestly, youre better off with Amazon Kindle, at least that works.

full of bugs, browsing is counterintuitive and the app has its ups and downs in recognizing the fact that I got kobo plus. Nice advertisement slogan "free for kobo plus!". Well, i have that already, so give me the file then instead of a slogan. Edit: When it seemed like it was finally resolved, I discovered that I cannot listen to the audiobook and open the ebook at the same time, and on top of that the audiofile still only contains a description, not the book itself. Update: made it worse. The highlights either don't save at all or don't save all the text that was highlighted or it saves notes on a highlighted text multiple times, so that there are 10+ of the same comment, which makes it impossible to find anything again. When I contacted customer care it was a difficult process getting someone who could help me and then there was no solution apart from that I just had to wait for the next update. I can hardly use this app and the kobo rakuten is not better. Edited

The reading part is ok. The purchasing is a trash... I purchased 3 books via kobo and not one of them showd up in my library without contacting costumer service. Now the third one is stuck in limbo and costumer service is not even 24/7. Ridiculous. I don't recommend this app. It sincs horribly between devices so often you have to remember the exact page you left of and on the top of it, they don't process your purchases... I will switch after this book to another service. It's garbage .
