Is a great idea, in general, but lacks consistency with standard stretching and exercise routines. If one side is done, then the other side should be done next. Also, there isn't enough time to prepare for the next exercise or stretch. It doesn't have even .gif files to show exercises or stretches. Just plain drawings. The app creator needs to do user testing on this app. THEN release it for public use. It's a good start, but badly needs improvement.

I really love the 7 minute workout! It is still short, but I feel like my whole body got a great workout. It is also very easy to adjust the excercises for your level. If you don't understand a certain excercise, there is an in-depth explanation of how to get the right form down. I have many workout apps, but I keep coming back to this one. Five stars! Edited

Started with the calorie counter and it suggested downloading this to go with it. Ended up deleting the calorie counter but kept this. The exercises aren't too hard but do leave you tired and feeling worked! It's slow progress but seeing where you're at, what you've accomplished and feeling more confortable with the exercises as you progress is a great feeling. I've tried a bunch of workout apps in the past but this is the only one I've actively kept. Edited

Really easy to use, so handy to have on Your phone too! Especially like the stretches section and explanation of exercises it's so helpful for a novice. Being able to skip an exercise is also handy.
