Decent app considering it is an MS product. Plenty of useful functionality and not bloated. I wanted a text editing app that I could use cross platform between my windows laptop and Android phone. I was actually a bit apprehensive about OneNote when I saw it in the results but cross platform update ability was a must and there weren't many options with this feature so I decided to try it and it works quite well for my needs. Would give 5 stars if it would stop asking me to install OneDrive.

Great for notes, easy to use and search through, decent organizational layout. Only complaint: at times it's difficult to edit notes. Usually on Android it's very easy to move the cursor just by talking with your finger, and it places it correctly at the beginning of words. in OneNote it often has difficulty placing it in the right spot.

I have been using it to organize and D & D campaign where there are a lot of notes and a lot of sections. It took me a little bit of time to figure out how it worked but once I did it's been an excellent tool. The freedom to format my notes in an way and style is something I've really enjoyed. Plus the ability to have it conveniently on a mobile app on my phone is a big bonus

Not much changed in 6 years since my last review. Cannot rename anything. Sync is non-existent at times. The android app is still lacking basic functions such as select font and font size, indent an ordered list... Didn't wordpad in windows 98 have all that? It's too bad I have to use the desktop or website on my phone to get all of the basic functionality. We need to end the idea that mobile device means less function! Its still a computer. This makes the android app mostly for read-only.

I've been a heavy user for at least 5 years & never had a problem till the UI change. What's with all the syncherrors & crashes? What happened to the "perfect selection" after just one try of pinching? Why the renual & ruining of the layout & overal intuitiveness? Tables, subsections, styles, fonts, colors, SIZE? I mean, don't you at least have to give us something to work with? hate the app now. Edited
