Loved this Personal Creations app! So many options to choose from—styles, colors, themes—you name it! I loved that I could add my own personalized name/message - everything just how I wanted. The best part? You can pick from different gifts and even have them mail it out for you! Super easy and fun to use. I got a personalized stuffed lady bug with my granddaughters name. She'll be 8 years old next month and she's going to love it!

just ordered a nice Canvas. the interface was nice and easy, and all the discounts applied as promised🥰 I live in Slovenia, and I'm glad it ships so far away outside US, you guys are the best. When i selected the area of the picture, it looks fine, but when the preview updates, the heads are cut off the picture. I think it is just the preview enlargement, and it still picks up the actual frame i choose while editing. Fingers crossed🤞

It was fine navigating through shopping, but I had some issues once I got to the Shopping Cart. I entered multiple addresses but whenever I would move forward to picking the delivery date it would auto delete the last address I put in. It was one of my saved addresses. I restarted the app and entered it in manually (despite it being the same addressed auto entered for some of the other items), and then it finally worked. the AI bot was helpful, although it was a frustrating process at the end.

I started on the website and they offered a discount on my item if I downloaded the app. Did that and found a coupon code for an additional 15% off. When I put in that coupon code, it increased the price of the item back to it's website price. Gave me the option to remove, so I did but then the original price went up even more and there was no way to get the original deal they promised. Edited

Down loaded app. Tried to place an order on my phone. Could not submit order. Tried 3 times. Called customer service. Tried signing out, disconnecting Wi-Fi, reconnecting. Nothing worked. Representative made notation on my account. Suggested clearing cache. Uninstalled app. Cleared cache. Went back through email. Had to reenter entire order. Worked the first try. APP is a waste of effort and time. VERY disappointed.
