i haven't received my prints yet, but so far i really like this app!! it's great that it lets you know when an image in on the small side and it's very easy to use. however i do wish that you could add pictures to a shopping cart so you wouldn't have to select all pictures in one go. it's very inconvenient to have to look through my gallery every time as i download a LOT of pictures and it's like looking for a needle in a haystack.

Ordered 44 free photos but had to pay €4,10 shipping. I used iDeal, it was easiest. I paid, the money left my bank account, but when I was redirected to the app after the payment, it said the payment was declined and my money is not back yet. Tried it again but with a smaller sum, and same thing happened. Not trusting this again, hopefully I get the money back sometime soon. Really a shame seeing as this app is directed towards the Netherlands. Edited

Terrible service and no respect for privacy! I ordered photo prints over a month ago. The first order was late and lost, so they reprinted it. The second order was also delayed, and when it finally arrived, the package was EMPTY. Now my private photos are lost somewhere, possibly exposed to strangers. This is not only unprofessional but also a serious privacy concern. Very disappointing,I do not recommend this app at all.

Easy to use, photos were a little bigger in size than I expected but they turned out great. The quality of the pictures is great, even the ones I got warned about that might be a little blurry look good. The photos were printed quickly and delivered quickly as well. I'll definitely keep using it!

It allows iDeal payments, but when I used it, it took my money but didn't confirm the order. I emailed customer care but was told that since it's not their fault, they can't refund me NOR give me a kortingscode to use on another order ("And no, we won't give you a voucher code because we didn't do anything wrong."). I've used the app for years but their "Customer Care Specialists" need new jobs because they obviously don't care about their customers. Also, don't offer iDeal if it's "not ideal."
