Excellent illustration and engaging storyline. Music is top-level -- especially the catchy tune when one is trying to form the words. Had to take an extended break, due to financial issues... and the interruption of Hurricane Helene. But now I'm back for more adventures with Elizabeth, Paddy, and George!

I, don't remember the word puzzle part when I originally played this but I now remember why I stopped. The game time is a bit quick. It's relaxing, easy puzzles, and doesn't make you feel rushed but the 10 per puzzle is mostly why I'm at a stop. 6 puzzles to be done, but you go to solve and generally get walled by three or two 2 badge actions and you gotta wait.

Feel like clues drone on a bit and COST more than necessary (just to have a meal or go to a different room seems a bit much). On the other hand, the "whodunnit" quality is there, just slower moving to get it solved than I would like...does remind me of the TV series, which I love! Then, with no prior notice the game stops at 4 cases! What is that about...tells me I'll get "notifications" of more...more what? Until then, I can just play the word game...WOW, thanks! I immediately uninstalled. Edited

Game is fairly fun so far but has a couple problems. The puzzles vary in size but you never get an appropriate amount of badges for the larger size puzzles. You get one badge, whether the puzzle is three words or ten. The badges you get needs to be more proportional. Also you often don't get the gold you earn in the puzzles. I had exceeded 200 earned after playing the first few puzzles but never got more than 95 of those until I played for the second time. And I just lost over 116 in one go. Edited

My experience was 5 stars! Graphics, interface, usability, ads, best game I've played in 2 years. Fair points awards, not too many notifications, the game wasn't "tricky", didn't up-the-ad-ante or screw my progress at all by requiring more and more. It was an HONEST game, and very well designed. However, there are 12 and exactly 12 cases. I solved case #12 but the game doesn't admit it's over. Took me a while to figure out I wasn't earning "clue points", that there IS no next case.
