Disappointed in my fav coffee spot. Over a month now your app has crashed; logged me out and has not logged back in ever since. I've tried EVERYTHING to no avail !!! Used to work fine. I'm a Gold member over 3 years + now... This is quite annoying! Seems like whenever there's an issue it's really bad. Last time the app crashed it wiped out all my points. Let's see if it will ever work and what the outcome will be this time around. Edited

Unless I log in every day, it seems to forget who I am and the fact that I have biometric login enabled. When that happens, trying to log in results in 'Something is wrong' message, which is completely unhelpful. It used to be fixed by uninstalling the app and then reinstalling it, but even that doesn't seem to help anymore. Please fix it.

App has suddenly stopped working. Once it's fixed, I'm happy to give it a full five stars. Ordered a coffee, but couldn't open the app. Keeps crashing. Uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. Until the app is working again, will collect my beans from Costa. Can't even retrospectively collect my points when the app is not working. I was just a few coffees away from gold level.

Fix your app!!! I have been using the App for over a year and I am Gold level. But for the past couple of months the app keeps crashing and we are not able to get any credit for our purchases. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it a few times and its the same, keeps crashing. I will switch to Costa Coffee App or even the paper cards of Cafe Nero if this is not fixed! Edited

App is now useless. Takes minutes to open. I have lost many points lately as staff are not prepared to wait for it to open. Points system is great but the app is now terrible and annoying as it takes so long to open. No response from Starbucks to numerous complaints on here. Whoever is running the UAE operation needs sacking. Terrible customer service. No way of contacting them to raise issues. I am thinking of switching to another companies coffee shop after years of Starbucks loyalty Edited
