Unfortunately, I am unable to give any kind of review, I haven't been able to login, I get 2 error messages, the first one pops up, and it is too fast read, the second one says contact system administrator. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app and changed my password, and I still cannot login. My coworkers seem to enjoy it. I wish I could too.

Absolute Nightmare. Ever since these new updates, I haven't been able to log on AT ALL. It keeps telling me server is unavailable, or password is incorrect. Then, when I try to change my password, it tells me my security questions are incorrect, or malfunctions in the middle of my reset, and locks me out. All I'm trying to do is access my pay stubs, which are no longer available in paper form. FIX THESE PROBLEMS ASAP!

Look, I've been using this app for years, and suddenly I get a new upgraded phone, and every time I try to login with my username or password, it keeps selecting the forgot my damn password option, over and over and over and over and over. I've tried zooming screen, unzooming screen, and changing my font and bold italics. I don't know what the hell else to do, but this app is now pissing me off EVERYTIME, EVERYTIME I open it. And before I throw my phone into a wall, Please help. Thanks

One of the worst apps in the history of apps. They simply refuse to fix the login. You tap for a text code and it keeps sending an email code, which doesn't work anyway until the 6th time. When you finally get a text code the app starts over again or you're lucky it finally opened after 15 times. Also the password change is a headache, you have to create one on their own terms and it's over involved. No copy and paste. App stinks and I highly doubt it'll ever be corrected. They just don't care.

We use UKG for work, and it's an absolute GARBAGE app. If you opt to "remember this device" when signing in, you still have to put in a verification code and answer security questions every. Single. Time. Beyond that, I changed my password yesterday and the app doesn't recognize it, despite me jumping through all the hoops of resetting it less than 24 hours ago. Would never, ever, ever use this app if I had any say in the matter.
