Location on mine is also wrong most of the time. I start over and gets another wrong location. There actual addresses and ones I've never been at. I feel like I'm lying to my work. I have told them the issue but I don't like it either. Since 7-2025 ITS ALWAYS SAYING ERROR IN FEED...This is annoying as hell. it takes me 10 minutes sometimes to clock in. this whole month so far it hasn't worked right, very aggravating Edited

App rarely ever functions as it's supposed to. It gets my location wrong a lot, and it will not refresh to the correct location unless I close the app and reopen it. Lately it can't even do that though as it is unable to translate my location into anything besides GPS coordinates. And now, just within the last week or so, it just sits there loading when I try to punch in with my location on. I've been having to punch in without location since that's the only way it will work.

The app changes my password on me and locks me out with no warning. There's no way to reset it, so I have to go to IT, which I can't do on my shift. This means I have to go to the administration at my workplace and have my hours manually added retroactively, because the app won't let you do it yourself. I've also had it forget punches, meaning that instead of it listing the actual time I worked, I end up with a ridiculously wonky schedule. A horrible app.

We have to use Nova time at work. Most times when I clock in and out it does record my time. I've had it say that my punch was added but when my coworkers and I checked (we all clocked out at the same time, standing next to one another), it actually showed a missed punch the very next day. This has happened several times. I also hate that there is not a dark mode. Our old system of punching a clock was far superior to this system.

Signs me put every time. It doesn't record my time most of the time. The sign in and password option doesn't show sometimes. The app overall needs a major update. You guys have to realize WE USE THIS FOR WORK, so we ABSOLUTELY need it to be more convenient and actually work!! Once I see changes I will adjust the stars. 🌟
