Had a problem paying today. The app should bill after the fact, so that I don't have to worry about getting a ticket. Let us deal with it later. We're only taking about a $3 fee. Not $300. Today, I tried 3 cards via Google Pay and all were failing. But I didn't have time to figure out what is wrong. Had to get to work. Later I tried by entering card info directly into PM and that worked, so apparently a Google Pay issue. But still wrong timing trying to have to deal with this issue. Edited

Have had to create a new account each time I've tried to use this. The usual modern chat-only support. And now a parking ticket while legally parked with an hour remaining. No response from ParkMobile support, and unable to resolve with the local jurisdiction. What a service. The response is interesting. I registered a support case that seemed to be brushed off. This included the pictures and details requested. If this was such an abnormality, why the dismissal of my request for support? Edited

couple years of no issues, love the convenience. no problems until last week. I parked and paid, 20 minutes later, I looked at my phone, and it was on the "start parking" screen, so I hit the button, thinking I must not have completed it previously. (which i actually did complete) There should be a pop-up warning or control against creating a session for the same license plate in the same zone when you have an active session. Edited

Took over 20 minutes to log into app this morning. App kept saying it needed to send me an email to log in and it took over 20 minutes to do so. I ended up getting a parking ticket because it took so long. When I finally got into the app, all my info is gone and it won't allow me to add it back. Update: I sent the feedback directly to them as requested so they could "look into it further" for me and they responded by closing the case. WOW! Edited

Absolute scam of a app. Suppose to be a convenience to pay by mobile but if you select the wrong vehicle from the drop down you get to pay twice, under no other situation would you have to pay for a service twice. Using the chat function in the app takes you to the worst possible AI help. Even with any extra money they warn they can afford real people to help resolve issues.
