Edit: giving 4 stars because the game is really good overall. I really like this game, which is kind of a surprise because I usually hate games with lives or energy that you have to wait to refill. My main complaint is the vague words with double meanings. The word can be "bat" and I might be looking for a bat animal or a baseball bat. Or it might say "note" and I'm looking for a letter or a musical note. It can be super confusing and make me lose my streak or run out of time. Edited

I gave this two stars because it could be so great. Love playing this. But.... after making it 2 or 3 levels, it will not let you continue. Three times now, within six months, it keeps me from playing for weeks! AFTER telling me I made to the next level, it does not let me advance. Just offers me to pay for things. This time, I've been waiting for almost a month!!!!! And just now played and it, again, told me I earned the next level.... and it did NOT let me enter next level.

I love this game...however, after reaching level 219, I received a notice to update and after I did, I have been blocked from accessing that level again. I reloaded the game, as wooga states it corrects 95% of problems, but instead it took me back to level 1. I have submitted a message/support ticket on July 8th, which was supposed to be forwarded to tech, but no one is contacting me to fix. Update: still no help from wooga. It's been 44 days now. My whole team is boycotting this game. Edited

The game has numerous glitches where you will play for a while, make progress, but if it logs you out or you lose connection, it'll reflect the change in energy but not the progress you made (purposeful fraud). The game is pretty bad without that fraud, as the whole needing to build something that takes 1 day a pop just to advance a level makes it tedious. Customer support is awful Edited

I love this game but when I woke up this morning, it crashed and now it crashes every time I try to open it. I'm not entirely sure if I signed in with fb or not and don't want to risk losing everything by uninstalling and reinstalling...I don't know if it's an update problem or what but I've restarted my phone and all. No change.
