The app going to upgrade, but hey: You can choose a monthly subscription at €1,99/month or start a yearly subscription at €9,99/year. When you start your subscription, you will receive a 7 day trial period during which you can cancel your subscription free of charge. What about the programs I already paid for? No refund. :( So, say, I buy an android phone for $1000, which thereby is mine. Then with an OS update the I suddenly need to pay an annual subscription fee of $3000. No way to opt out!

I registered for the app. I like it but expected more. I did the first start to run with Evy years ago and i feel like it was more fun. She was telling you more fun facts and saying more different things then now. In my opinion it would be nice if also in this app there would be more tips during running and more fun facts. Also it would be nice if you are halfway that you hear it so you can adjust your route for turning back :)

DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON THIS. The app doesn't function at all. Spends long times "calibrating GPS" (think of 30+ minutes) to result in faulty GPS readings. Spent 45 minutes jogging/walking to be told I was going 20km/h+ continuously, after the training it said 13km/h average on a 45 minute exercise over a distance that is 7km in reality. Tried a schedule only to spend 30 minutes walking while waiting for GPS, finally calibrated to get a message after 5 minutes that I covered 0 km at 1 km/h. Simply crappy app. Edited

I definitely have a paying account with coach Evy, this is even clear in the app. However, I can't start my run, because it says that I don't have a paid subscription. But if I go to manage my subscription, it says I do have a paid account. >> Addition: problem solved with customer service, finally! For anyone else with the same problem: problem was in the language setting. Apparently I had a subscription for Evy in Dutch, but not English. Edited

Love the app and the training, it's just that more often the not it all not safe your training after you got the button save training. It will look like it is trying but this will go on forever. Even if you force the app to open and then go to your history it will take super long before it finally loads
