Some sessions have bugs which is very annoying. They don't follow the schedule so you don't know what you are doing. When I want to quit the app when it's bugging the app keeps running in the background en sometimes Starts again so two sessions are playing. It's frustrating because this way I lose a good training session.

Used this app a while back. It was ok back then, occasionally crashed but nothing major. Voice motivation was nice. I bought the start to run track. Now the new app seems better and improved. BUT, it is now asking me to get a subscription for the track I already bought. I do understand the subscription model and totally understand it for new tracks that you don't own yet, but not for the ones I already previously bought... Would really like my track back. Edited

Hi Simon, the app was rebranded in december 2019. In the old app you unlocked a training plan for 10-12 weeks. As an old-app user you were given 15 weeks to finish your training plan and to be the early adopter of the new app. I believe our communications on this have not reached you?

I almost completed the training sessions, my last week starts with the next run, and I love the app. Would never have started running without. There is one remark, it failed twice on me and twice because of the GPS. * Once my phone was accidentally in power save mode and that makes the GPS updates unreliable. * Once the app started, the intro was given and the 'start now' but after that it stopped in the Init and never started counting. I checked after 12 minuted or so because I did not hear feedback. Restarting the app did not work, it kept searching for GPS. A phone restart helped. So, question; can some audio feedback be given when the app discovers GPS issues since when running the screen is not checked. Edited

Hi Bruno, thanks for your feedback. Our app uses the gps signal of your smartphone. Power save indeed limits the gps signals, which makes it not accurate. Concerning your second issue I'll check with our developers whether we can do any audio feedback at that moment. Enjoy your runs!

Where is the music IN the app?? What I really liked about the original podcasts was the good music mix, up-tempo when running, down-tempo when walking. Did I actually pay 10 € to hear Evy say when to start, pauze and stop? There are some Spotify playlists in the app. This suggest that you HAVE a Spotify account. In that case you can stream the music (heavy data-usage) or download the playlist (diskspace). Or use your own music on Spotify or other. In none of the cases the music is synchronised with the running scheme. Very disappointing. Edited

Hello Bart & Leen, unfortunately you are referring to a podcast product created (not by us) in 2010. Music industry has changed much over the years, and music streaming services are not our core business. In our app you get access to professional training plans which guide you towards your personal running goal, guided by one of our coaches.

Great training programme, unfortunately, I had some bugs while running. The session suddenly stops and repeat itself from the beginning when you already ran for some time already. Also you don't get points for example if you run on a treadmill...

Can you remove and reinstall the app? If this is not already the case just before the installation, try to go to "settings" -&; "system" & "backup & restore" via your phone's menu and turn off "automatic restore" there. Then remove the app again and reinstall it.
