It allows you do create how long you want to work out and gives you the freedom to choose a lot of other things. The workouts make you feel a burn and help with muscle, but don't leave you completely exhausted. Edited

I work in warehouses. Therefore I need strong arms and back. Carrying stuff around may seem like muscle building work, but it isnt. They expect you to be able to lift the stuff before you get the job. I can, but there's nothing wrong with building more muscle. This is helping.

Half of the names of the sets are incorrect. Uselss app. App is kot organised where I can select which musle to train On a specific day. On top of that the excercise are not in proper form.

When I'm done working out it's almost impossible to get out of the app. It took over my whole phone screen and home, tabs and back buttons can't be accessed. Stressful. Edited

Started off great but froze half way through session. Had to shut down and start again. Tips on technique would be good addition to app.
