No Customer Service at all. There are always excuses for not addressing reaised problems. Not recommended to anyone for new enrollment. I am also considering to stop using this app, and looking for other options now. Management must try to improve promised services, otherwise, definitely will loose old customers like us who are with GP VTS for last 4/5 years. I am reviewing my text after a couple of months. Unfortunately, there is still no improvement in their new software management. Edited

in 2025 they have changed the password THREE times without warning. It's a horrible scenario if it's an emergency... Also, the app stops working constantly after the September 2025 update. So many unnecessary things were added and the real function is compromised. There are better vendors. If you call the customer service, more than half of the time, no one picks up. Edited

GP VTS is simply the worst of it kinds! For me, Average data refresh rate 30minutes! 100% of the time it shows wrong info (like "engine OFF" while car was running for last 20-30 minutes) Full wastage of hard earned money.

Faulty application. Shows Parser error on my Galaxy S23 Ultra. Also the VTS device itself doesn't function well. The app shows wrong locations now and then. In addition wrong Engine on off statuses are shown on map. I would rather unsubscribe the service. Edited

Good, but this app need to be developed more like realtime vehicle movement(now this movement showing in 20seconds interval). UI have to be more improved as well as the map have to be updated. Edited
