MyGP app sometimes gets slow and takes a long time to update balance. Besides, the 'special offers' shown in the app are not really affordable. 4G (4G) speed is still not available at the village level, while the cost of internet is sky high. I am demanding to extend the period of the package and reduce the price of internet. Also, the app should have an easy option to turn off the auto-renewal feature.

MyGP app doesn't have the feature by which I can see my full call details. Only I can see outgoing calls or whoever I've called & when it's received. On the other hand, apps like My Robi, My Airtel features a full call list which show to its users full call details in their apps (Incoming, Outgoing and even Missed Calls) This lacking feature hasn't been updated yet. Maybe it was before but now it's gone. I've pointed out this to the developers many times through this app but still it's missing.

This is just horrible. Even other people saying that it has a problem with it’s server. And it is true. But you guys still didn’t solv it. Now it’s high time. I need to choose another operator. This is so bad. Also it will ask me to login every other day and maximum time won't send the code I need for login in time. As a result I had to be locked out of that app. Edited

Fraud app, it takes money to its Marchant number without credit to the number. And deny after contacting customer support. Support agents are so rude and incompetent.
