This app is getting on my nerves, whenever I try to log in to check my data or balance it mostly says they are having server problems, and it was annoying me so I switched to another SIM card . After a month or two I bought some data and when I tried to check my balance it again says they are having server issues. I just want to ask them why won't they fix this problem as soon as possible aren't they taking the users too lightly as if they don't care about our inconveniences at all.

I gave this app 3 stars because while the UI is simple, it’s not very impressive or user-friendly. The offers don’t feel student-friendly at all. Most of the packages seem very similar to regular Grameenphone offers, just slightly modified. There isn’t much uniqueness or real value for students. I was expecting better deals or special packages designed for students, but couldn’t find anything that truly stands out.

Skitto service is good. But that's, when they're not under maintenance. Suddenly you'll see their services stopped at night, but there weren't any warning beforehand. It'll resolve in a few hours. But then comes app crashing. It's 2023 and yet several crashing and not loading problem is still ongoing. Maybe that's a major reason people tend to leave skitto forum.

Skitto is great as a digital lifestyle app, but one of its major limitations is the absence of Bengali language in the app. As a Bangladeshi app, it should have Bengali language. Also, currently the prices of promo deals or internet packages have gone up a lot. For those of us who regularly buy data and minutes, we should offer more affordable packages at lower rates. Hope these issues will be resolved in the next update. Rating: ⭐⭐⭐

I am extremely frustrated and disturbed by the ongoing issue with your app. Whenever I try to open the application, it completely fails to connect, and no data-related work can be carried out. Instead, the following message repeatedly appears: “Ooops! Looks like we are facing a problem with our server. Please try again a bit later while we run around trying to fix this.
