I have this app bc I need it for my job. What is most problematic is "my notifications button". Mainly bc there is NO way to adjust it to where you can get notifications on when the schedule was published to the app. The app is also NOT good if you want to communicate w/ your team(coworkers and managers). There is NO function that allows that. Also, the timecard does NOT allow adjustments in the app they must be done at work. Only function that's useful is "my schedule" bc it works as expected

Can log in, but then there is just a plain white screen with three menu dots that link back to the tenant url screen. Cleared cached data, checked permissions, and network. I lost count how many times I've opened, closed, uninstalled, and reinstalled this p.o.s. app. Online customer support doesn't offer any solutions, just says "talk to your manager." It's like it was never finished or tested before being released. Bottom line is, it's a completely unusable garbage app.

Log in is terrible, ever since there was an update. Every time in login. I get taken to the "done" screen. I then have to click the 3 dots in the right corner, then the "X" and finally I get to punch. Absolutely crazy. Now this past week, all I'm getting is "Bad Request". And when I go to click on the 3 dots and hit the "X", it goes back to the same error message. I absolutely hate this app and I've had to contact management to get occurences off my time card because I can't clock in or on time.

Two out of every three attempts to launch this app result in an endless spinning wheel. Half the times that I successfully log in result in an immediate "thank you for logging out" message and the app closing. The UI is unintuitive and it is far too difficult to see what days you are scheduled to work beyond the current week. If you are a member of the team that made this, I urge you to explore alternate career paths. You are in the wrong industry.

This app was spotty and had issues but was manageable for most part. Then the update. Forget it. Server error. Delete reinstall. Might get one or 2 times out of it, then server error. Geographical Location can not be determined . Yet you are right under the router. Slower than all get out. Nothing but issues for not only me but several others I know who chose the easier fix. Delete how sad
