doesnt work often and when it does it's so slow. every time I want to check my schedule it takes me at least a full 60 seconds to get past the 2 step verification. upon opening the app recently I'm immediately faced with an ad that freezes when I try to skip it and I end up waiting the 8 seconds for it to stop anyway. I think it's ridiculous that I have to watch an ad to see my work schedule; so horrifically unprofessional. Edited

The app does what it is advertised to, but just really badly :/ for example, shift notifications never come on time, and it is not mobile display friendly when wanting to see a chart of your schedule. there are some functionalities in other schedule apps that would be nice to have here, but they are not present. One such thing is the ability to add a shift to your own personal calendar on your device, which makes it easier than having to type it in there yourself.

Even though this app is required for work, it is an absolutely terrible experience. It constantly crashes, has a terrible interface, and is painful to use. I really wish they added a feature that would let you add your shifts to Google Calendar. Wouldn't use if I didn't have to, and I encourage any employer looking to use this to try something else.

It doesn't work. I've deleted and reinstalled the app multiple times and it still doesn't work. As soon as I put in my user ID and password it crashes. The app will close and I'll get a notification saying "unfortunately kronos has stopped working." No further information or help. It used to work before now it just won't. I tried deleting it for 4 months to see if it'll work when I reinstalled it, but no luck.

This app is one of the worst I have ever experienced. There have been MANY occasions where I try to log in and the app keeps saying "unable to contact server". What a joke!! I have attempted many times to uninstall and reinstall the app and sometimes it works, sometimes it does not. Very annoying!! Now I see why the app only gets 2.5 stars. I am surprised it even gets that many stars. As an employee who uses UKG consistently to check my schedule and time card this is extremely frustrating!!
