I despise this system. As an itientant, it is cumbersome. The time clocks do NOT recognize my face, I am constantly being "unidentified" as well as having to retry 2-3 times and still receive an error code. After using the app, I have to double check the website to make sure the clock in, travel/transfer, and clock out really registered. If it didn't, I have to make a change request. My start and end times are always showing a "shortfall" due to an error at HR. This system is flawed.

I absolutely despise this pathetic app. Half the time it lets me log in using mobile data, but the other half it stays on the splash screen unless I connect to WiFi. I must've spent a few extra hours in total time just trying to connect to a weak WiFi signal to clock out. I just now wanted to check my schedule and it won't let me log in, so I need to wait hours until I get home. I've never experienced anything like this with any other app. It's a mystifyingly terrible app. Fix it! Edited

This app is ok, but it can be really annoying. My biggest gripe, is even though I'm using a fingerprint authenticator when I log in, it requires a text message verification nearly every time. It doesn't matter if you select the"remember me" check box on the text message screen, it will still require another text verification the next time I log in. Plus, sometimes the app is s l o w to open, or refuses to open at all without a phone restart. Very frustrating when trying to leave work on time!

Cumbersome. A lot of options and menus that seem to lead the user in circles or are nonfunctional. Had to install 2 separate apps. Can't save login or password, so have to type it in every time. Can't view change requests. Missed clockouts result in staying clocked in until the next time you go to work and then clock out and right back in. And UKG help won't speak to users, only the employer. A lot of room for improvement.

The new change to UKG Ready is bad. When first opening the app., now the user can't just clock in or out. They have to make a few moves in order to clock in or out. The old version, one week ago old, was much easier to use and navigate. In the old version, when opening the app. The first thing you see is clock in/ clock out. Why the change? It was a bad change.
