first time I used the app and it was pretty cheap! I got 22 photos for 2.99 as their deal for new people was free photos but had to pay shipping or another one which I can't remember. after a few days I got them and they are pretty good looking! the colors on the prints are perfect and I added a white border to them which was free. you could do different sizes but the deal was one size or you could pay some extra.

Review updated 11/2024 I take lots of pictures & use them for my students. Spent a lot of money over the years. There was a mistake on my last order, & cust. service kept telling me that to reprint the order on matte instead of glossy paper was "impossible," offering a refund instead. Lots of my time, several emails, AND a bad review here, and suddenly, what I was asking wasn't impossible anymore. I got a replacement order, & will stay with FreePrints. I won't go through that again, though.

I was skeptical at first so I ordered the 10 photos with free shipping first and they came in less then a week and were perfect! so I ordered in the full batch of what I needed and only had to pay so little in shipping. they also got here in less then a week and we're perfect as well. will definitely be using this app from now on for printing pictures!

I've been using the app for a few years now and I've never been disappointed! the prints always look amazing and the cost is very much worth it. I had once where I was missing some pictures from my order, but a quick message to their support and I had a new batch of photos show up with all of the missing included.

I really like free prints!! my pictures always come out well and its nice and inexpensive. my only small issue right now is that it doesn't properly connect to my Google photos anymore. I tried un-installing and re-installing. But it didn't do anything. Other than that, I really enjoy the app.
