Ordered my first book and it turned out great. A bit confusing on how to use it for a moment but you get the hang of it lol. People complain about the shipping but i think it reasonable? They ship it pretty fast and in good packaging so the book doesnt get messed up. Its alot alot cheaper than other places and u get a free upgrade to hard cover every month. Definitely recommended <3

I've designed and printed up over two dozen books using this app, and the results have been fantastic. Everyone who's looked at them are amazed at the quality and cost. Shipping is always quick and I've yet to experience any issues whatsoever. Take your time to try out different styles, sizes, and designs as the options are almost endless. They make a great gift too! Give it a try. I'm sure you'll be thrilled with the end results!

I love this app! I have tried making photo books from competitors and can never even finish the book. FreePrints is super easy to use! The quality of the books is awesome and my family and I love looking through them frequently. I try to get a book a month. Love them! EDIT: They turned me into a liar. The damn app doesn't even work now. I have to upload from Facebook and the resolution is so low, you can't use the photos! Ugh! Whatever. Edited

I've used this app for years with no issues until now. Pictures disappear, and I can't finish the book. I've tried 3 times. Chat is NO help. I was told to update. I did. No fix. I was told to close and restart my phone, that I'd have to start the book all over again. No fix. I was told no discount could be given, but if I needed anything else to let them know. It sometimes takes some time to complete a book, and if I get a call or text, it could screw it all up again. Insane!!!!

this is the coolest app! I have had 5 books made & all of them are really done well. I can't believe they are free! Shipping is the only thing you have to pay & it isn't alot! I think the most I've paid is $12.99 (total cost!). The books are well made too. They have even re-done one for me without me asking or complaining. I guess it was reviewed by the supervisors after it had already shipped to me & they thought it was poor quality so they remade it & sent it to me - free of any charges!
