Love this app. I can't recommend it enough to people. My only issue is that I didn't know about it sooner. If you love photos and ever get pictures printed, you won't be disappointed. Seriously, it's silly not to take advantage of the free prints. Plus, there's other apps that are linked with this one that offer free stuff. They all do a free item, which changes every month. Just download it and try it out. You have nothing to lose!

I have experienced major difficulties placing orders. I spent several hours on a 400-plus photo project where each time I attempted to complete the order, it freezes. Help chat is very friendly as it repeats the same unless suggestions. There is NO HUMAN for customer service, but you are welcome to use your credit card whenever you are lucky enough to successfully place an order.

I was actually interested in this service and since i had a free magnet photo coupon from tmobile I figured I'd try it. Nope! Don't give them the chance. I put 8 photos of my dog. You put them in the place holders when uploading them. I got photos arranged differently than i submitted and some were even resized improperly and the resolution is poor. I requested re print of it and they said they would after showing them the comparisons. They sent me the exact thing as the first. DON'T USE THEM!

For years, as a loyal customer, I would salvage over the variety of unique and creative photo gifts they offered. Genuinely pleased with the affordability and quality until this year. The prices are far too high for rather plain and drab blocks of material with a photo slapped on. I was disappointed that they cut down on the creativity of their products as well as jumped prices way up. You used to be able to adjust the photos before they went to checkout, but now you can't even do that!

Some of the items to create are not super user friendly. No way to crop, resize an image to fit etc. I spent over 3 hours trying to put together a pillow for my sister. 18 photos and it wouldn't let you simply swap photos to rearrange. You have to start over from scratch. For attempting to create this endearing gift I became quite frustrated and disappointed with the app. Time to start looking at other apps.
