Was working great until last week. After cropping the photo the app decides to recrop to the corner of the photo (usually the wall). I have uninstalled and reinstalled, a week later same problem. Today when I tried to save a photo without cropping it again decides to go to the corner of the photo, maybe getting a portion of the patient.

Have version 1.6.6 installed on a Galaxy S10, Android v.12. First, this as well as the previous version does NOT allow me to close the app after use. I must restart the phone. Second, it does not take photos in landscape mode as previous versions allowed, nor does it rotate the photos, so I have to spend time cropping each photo. Seriously, the only reason I use this app is we use Athena One. Not happy with the latest "upgrade" at all.

*Update: issue fixed, works perfectly! Please fix this issue! I've been using this app without problems, but now, with the new update, it doesn't crop properly, and somehow, it crops out the whole picture, only leaving the top left corner. Can't use this app anymore, which means I can't upload important pt information Edited

The app used to work very well and we were happy with the simplicity. However, starting about a week ago, I can't crop the photos appropriately. Whenever I crop, it doesn't upload the cropped area I selected and instead enlarges the right upper corner. So if I'm taking a patient photo, instead of their face, I end up with the top of their head. UPDATE They fixed the issue with a recent update. Thank you! Edited

I purchased a new Android phone for work specifically to use this app with their system. No, it was not the cheapest phone. My old Android was incompatible due to the old operating system. This app works like a charm at times and it also fails to work properly frequently. I am rebooting the phone around every three documents, sometimes with every document as it will lock up and not allow me to close the app. This happens more when I try to add more than one document at a time. It will also upload the document properly but when I click "OK" acknowledging the upload was done, it again locks up and I must reboot the phone. Everyone at work has an Apple and state they have none of these issues. I do not know if this is a software or hardware issue but it is wasting a lot of my work time. I must use it due to work but otherwise I would not recommend it with an Android phone.
