I have to use multiple Medical Information Apps to send and receive messages and things like test results. All of them are very confusing and often don't work at all. This App is the best and only App that allows me to easily send and receive messages from my Doctor. All test results are posted and contain all the details of the results. It is an excellent app that deserves far more than ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!

Unable to access....there is this weird login cycle. I login....the system shows the accounts associated. I press continue and then I am looped to the login page, due to an error. It is pointless to uninstall and reinstall, the results are the same. Why does this app not function independently? Why is the app opening in a browser? App has been deleted...will just use the actual website.

The app has limited functions. For example I can't view any notes from my visits. If I want to see anything from previous visits I need to login online. Also, it is starting to not show me some new messages from my provider. I'll get email notifications that I have received a message, but nothing new is in my inbox. Yes, I have tried deleting the app, updating and logging in again. Nothing has worked.

For non-emergency concerns, medical questions, refills, follow up concerns, the app is great. It lets my provider and me quickly read messages and respond at our convenience. I especially like it for those times when I am not sure whether I need to come in. I can type, "Hey, doc, it hurts when I do this," and she can reply, "I think you need to be seen," or just, "Don't do that," as appropriate.

I have had trouble reaching anyone from support with regard to retrieving my messages. I have a bunch that are imperative to my health that I cannot access. It seemed to work fine before now it's consistent with issues. Not to mention my portal showing my daughters health summary. I sincerely hope no one has access to my information this way. Terrible.
